Where is Synergy Dermatology located?
We are conveniently located in the Stonestown Medical Building immediately next to the Stonestown Galleria. Our address is 595 Buckingham Way, Suite 220, San Francisco, CA 94132. Our location is a 10 minute drive away from Daly City and 15 minutes away from Colma.
Free parking is available, and we are accessible via multiple public transit options.
What types of dermatology services do you offer?
We provide a full range of medical and cosmetic dermatology services, including:
Skin cancer screening and treatment (including Mohs surgery)
Acne and rosacea management
Psoriasis, eczema, and vitiligo treatment
Cosmetic procedures such as Botox and chemical peels
Phototherapy for chronic skin conditions
Do I need a referral to see a dermatologist?
Some insurance plans require a referral for medical dermatology visits. Please check with your insurance provider or your primary care provider before scheduling. You do not need a referral for cosmetic or self-pay services.

How can I make an appointment?
You can request an appointment by calling us directly at (415) 333-0348 during business hours (Monday–Friday, 8:30am–12pm and 1-5pm).
What should I bring to my appointment?
Please bring:
A valid photo ID
Your insurance card
A list of current medications
Any previous dermatology records or lab results (if applicable)
Do you treat children and adolescents?
Yes! We offer pediatric dermatology services for children and teens with conditions such as acne, eczema, warts, birthmarks, and other conditions.
How do I prepare for my first visit?
Arrive 10–15 minutes early to complete any paperwork. Avoid wearing makeup if you’re coming for a facial skin evaluation, and bring a list of skincare products you currently use.
Do you offer telehealth or virtual visits?
Yes, we offer teledermatology consultations for certain follow-up visits and non-urgent skin conditions. Please contact our office to see if telehealth is right for you.
What is your cancellation policy?
We request at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduled appointments. Late cancellations or no-shows will be subject to a fee.
Do you sell or recommend any skin care products?
Yes, we can give overall recommendations and currently carry our favorite products in office including EltaMD sunscreens, ISDIN sunscreens, and SkinBetter skincare products.
